Delivery in time for Christmas 2008 is subject to availability and is only available within mainland UK.
Payment must have cleared by 5th December 2008 to qualify for pre-Christmas delivery.
Compress Media Films and Dot Compress Release Partnership can not take responsibility for unforeseen delivery issues arising from factors outside of their control (example: postal strikes).
Delivery Policy:
* Paypal transactions - Delivery can be expected within 14 working days of order being placed. PLEASE NOTE: For any chance of delivery before Christmas within mainland UK, the last Order Date is 17th December 2008
* Postal/Cheque Orders - Delivery can be expected 14 working days from Cheque clearance in Compress Media's account. Please allow 3-5 working days for cheques to clear. PLEASE NOTE: For any chance of delivery before Christmas within mainland UK, the last Cheque Clearance Date is 17th December 2008
* General Delivery Information: Every effort will be made to have each order delivered by Royal Mail as quickly as possible, but no guarantee can be made outside of the time frame outlined above.
Returns Policy:
* DVD & Calendar: Can be exchanged for replacement only if they are determined to be faulty by Compress Media within 14 days of purchase, due to the nature of the products. Any money back returns are entirely at Compress Media's discretion.
* Aerial Photographs: Can be exchanged for replacement only if they are determined to be faulty or of poor quality by Compress Media within 14 days of purchase. Any money back returns are entirely at Compress Media's discretion.
* General Returns Information: Compress Media will not be held accountable or responsible for any discrepancies when placing orders via the website, due to user error or not of a technical nature.
* Proof of purchase will be necessary and required before any exchange will be considered.
Privacy Policy:
* Compress Media will not purposely make any customer information available to third parties for marketing or any other reason, outside of providing the service of delivering products ordered by the customer.
* Compress Media will not purposely use or monitor tracking software.
* Compress Media reserves the right to hold customer information for the purpose of providing the agreed service, and to inform customers of future projects which may be of interest.
Copyrite Policy:
* All images and text appearing in the Derbyshire-Diaries web site are the exclusive property of Compress Media and are protected under the United Kingdom and International Copyright laws, this includes any material donated to us from members of the public.
The images may not be reproduced, copied, transmitted or manipulated without the written permission of Compress Media.
Use of any image as the basis for another photographic concept or illustration (digital, artist rendering or alike) is a violation of the United Kingdom and International Copyright laws. All images are copyrighted © 2001 - 2008 Compress Media.

Aerial photos are for personal use only and all violations of copyrite will be prosecuted to the maximum extent of the law. All photos are tagged with an invisible electronic watermark which can be read by specialist software and used in a court of law to determine unauthorised reproduction, copies, transmissions or manipulations which are illegal under UK and International copyrite laws.
